Facility Design Services

Facility Design Services (FDS) was founded by a 16 year "Miller Zell" facility design vice president and provides an affordable and experienced international dealership design service.  We are the orignal developers of the "on-site" facility design process and are responsible for managing the design of over 5000 dealerships in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan involving GM, Ford, Chrysler, Hyundai, BMW, Nissan, Volvo, Mack, and Mazda facilities. 

 

FDS project managers, engineers, and architects are the most experienced in the automobile industry.  We provide dealer meeting and NADA marketing attendance and participation and are always on hand for telephone assistance from 8am to 8pm EST.
