| Facility Design Services (FDS) was founded by a 16 year “Miller Zell” facility
design vice president and provides an affordable and experienced international
dealership design service. We are the original developers of the
"on-site" facility design process and are responsible for managing the design
of over 5000 dealerships in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea,
and Taiwan involving GM, Ford, Chrysler, BMW, Nissan, and Mazda
facilities. FDS has developed, trained, and managed the design of over
450 Suzuki Square facilities since May 2003. The Suzuki Square
program is one of the most effective and efficient facility programs ever
implemented.
FDS project managers, engineers, and architects are the most experienced in the
automobile industry. We provide dealer meeting and NADA marketing
attendance and participation, a toll-free dealer advice contact number, and
telephone assistance from 8am to 8pm EST. We do our design work knowing
each dealership design could be our last if we don’t do a good job. 50%
of our work is through referrals from other dealers.

dealership called " The California Car
