Facility Design Services provides all inclusive design fees, including the travel cost of two (2) site visits anywhere in the continental United States.

Typical fees for up to 25,000 square foot facilities are: 

• New Build Facility Concept Design:   $12,000 
• Renovation Facility Concept Design: $10,000 
• Showroom only Concept Design:      $8,000

When Facility Design Services is asked to manage the facility design process for a manufacturer, a modest monthly project management fee applies, including the following services: 

• Dealer meeting participation 
• A dedicated project manager 
• Monthly status reports
